Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who wants to improve their posture—whether you experience posture-related pain, you don't like how you look or feel witth poor posture or you’re concerned about your posture as you age. If you're a health professional, a fitness instructor, a yoga or Pilates teacher, a parent or classroom teacher, this course will give you the tools needed to help your patients, clients, students, or children. Anyone and everyone can benefit from learning the information in this course.
How much time do I need to devote to course?
It’s recommended that you watch the videos in the order they're presented. Absorbing the information shouldn't take more than an hour or so per chapter, even when stopping to implement what you're learning.
The real work begins after you've absorbed the information, when you MUST make a dedicated effort to work on these new postural habits every day.
There are no shortcuts to this work but the good news is, if you put time and committment into this, it DOES work!
How much support is available for me if I do this?
One of the aspects of this course that is so helpful is the Facebook group you will have access to. In the group, people are encouraged to ask questions and share pictures/videos of what they are working on. I will be in the group every day to answer questions and give direct feedback!
Why isn't the course less expensive?
I think this course is very fairly priced! The cost of the course is less expensive than two private lessons with me! The course includes so much material as well as support. I value the course at $500.
